To return a product, an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization ) must be obtained from one of our support representatives which can be reached at 866-898-1052. If our support team is not available during normal business hours, please email us with full details as to why you want to make Your Return. Send the email to
support@powersellernyc.com . A response will be emailed within 24-48 hours. RMAs will not be issued via email, but you will be contacted via phone.
We are not responsible for any items returned without notification or without a valid RMA. You must contact us via phone or email to request an RMA and to get the correct shipping address ( we have different shipping locations. The corporate address listed on your invoice is not for returns under any circumstances. We are not responsible for items returned to that address.
Returns must meet all applicable criteria: Please be advised if your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified and any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled. Our arrangements with suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions. In addition, we reserve the right to chargerestocking fees on any return that does not meet any of our criteria.
Unless otherwise stated, you have 10 days from the date that you have taken delivery to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 10 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA) within 10 Days. No longer then 21 days from the date of purchase.
The issued RMA number must be visible on the shipping label only (no writing on the manufacturer box. Shippers will give you an option for a reference number on all labels, and that is where you should input the RMA number.
PowersellerNYC.com has an exchange only (for same item) policy. We do not accept any returns for refund. All Returns that are not exchanged are subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee and may vary up to 35% depending on the reason as well as the condition of the return. They will also not be refunded the 6% processing fee as well as any shipping costs. Please note: On Free Ground Shipping orders, there is still an associated shipping cost that will not be refunded if such an order is returned.
PowersellerNYC.com is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and/or RMAs.
All RMA items must be returned including all of the original manufacturer packaging, and include all manufacturer accessories as they were shipped to you.
There must be no markings or writing on the manufacturer packaging, and it must be complete and intact. Any items that do not have manufacturer packaging or accessories will be rejected by our warehouse. The item must be unaltered.
Do not remove the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
Please note: If a Television arrives defective or requires service within 10 days of receipt, it can not be returned, and must be serviced under the manufacturer warranty. With most large screen displays this service may be done on-site, other items may be required to be taken to a repair center.

Be advised that the following responsibilities are yours upon taking delivery of your television: You must carefully inspect the box your TV comes in before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage, or an incorrect item, refuse delivery. The shipper will remove the oversize TV and will return the item to us. DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY BASED ON A BOX THAT APPEARS TO BE SLIGHTY DAMAGED. IT IS COMMON FOR WEAR AND TEAR TO HAPPEN TO THESE BOXES DURING SHIPPING. REFUSED TVs THAT COME BACK WITH NO DAMAGED WILL BE ASSESED A RESTOCKING FEE. WE CANNOT COVER SHIPPING 3 WAYS ON A TV THAT IS NOT DAMAGED.
IF THE SHIPPER LEAVES, AND WHEN YOU UNCRATE THE PACKAGE YOU DISCOVER DAMAGE, IT IS COVERED UNDER OUR CONCEALED DAMAGE CLAUSE. WE CAN CLAIM THIS, AND GET IT REPLACED TO YOU AT NO COST. Please try to inspect the package as carefully as possible, while the shipper is there as we encounter problems even
with concealed damage claims. It is always best when the shipper notates damage themselves. You must sign the shipper's release form (Only if you are an adult) to complete the delivery process. Your signature acknowledges that you understand this Special Return Policy, and the condition of the TV meets your expectations, and you understand that you cannot return the TV.
Non-returnable Items: The following items are not returnable for refund, they may only be returned for exchanged if defective within 10 days of delivery.
